Echo Park + Imagine Crafts Blog Hop!

I am so excited to participate in this fun blog hop! Recently, I had a chance to work with some beautiful ink shades from Imagine Crafts. I ordered some new colors for myself, and really liked how vibrant they were and how clear the images were each time I stamped!

 

Using these stamps in Lime, Marigold and Rose Red colors with matching papers from a few different lines by Echo Park Paper, I created some monochromatic Thank You cards.

My favorite time saving technique is to repeat a design for multiple cards:)

To make these cards, I used a bunch of different Desiner Dies by Echo Park, including some of my favorites this year - Autumn Leaves Die Set and Autumn Thanks Die. It doesn't mean you should only use these for fall cards, right? Bright and happy is what I chose today!

I used Imagine Crafts inks to color my leaves, that were die cut from white cardstock. Previously, I would ink the edges before adding details to the leaves with an Exacto knife, but what I discovered is that switching these two steps around actually makes the leaf look even more detailed. This way, all of the impressed lines stay white, giving the leaf a more realistic look!

Also, I can neve finish a card without some dimension on it:) Here, I raised the top white layer with cut out circles, for a more fun look.

For the Pink card I used Rose Red Ink and Echo Park papers from Petticoats Collection.

For the Green card, I used Lime Ink and Echo Park papers from Easter, Spring and Magical Adventure collections.

And for the Yellow one, I used Marigold Ink and papers from Let's be Mermaids and Amour collections.
