Welcome May!

May is one of my favorite months. I wish there were two of them in a year. And, two Septembers too, please. I would exchange them for March and July. Yes, I think, winter is a little too long and the middle of a summer is a little too hot.

Today was the first day of May Everyday journey for me. I like how projects like these make you think of new things you want to capture that are important in your life. Here are a few of my favorites from today:

The road to my church. I love this road. Church is a big part of our life.

I'm happy to be a part of this big, lovely and friendly "family".

I hope these two could cooperate a little more next time...

My beautiful sister-in-law. Just like this photo of her and her baby.

And my dinner plate (for those who can't seem to stop talking about food in the comments section).

And for our challenge this week - Scraplift a layout that you like and send me the link of the scraplifted work together with your page along with answers to these questions.


1. What time of the day do you like to scrapbook the most?

2. Your favourite color to work with on a layout (not a color combination).

    Good morning, my wonderful scrapbooking crew! And yea, hope those two little creatures do get along better instead of constantly hearing one cry, lol Also, did you guys go to the Hibachi? The reason I'm asking is because I see that sushi with the egg on your plate and that's the exact same sushi that I tried at Hibachi on Saturday.

    im bored here. mr schedin said that the parents that come to school tomorrow will be taking the test that we are going to do. haha. btw, we are watching the news channel because osama bin laden died and its like a "big celebration". i dont like this.

    No, we actually ended up going to Jumbo. I didn't care, I just wanted some chinese. Or, seafood, to be more specific.

    Alenka, what do you do in school, lol. It seems like you would really benefit from being home schooled the next 4 years, if you will. You will do school work in the comfort of your own home without having to get up really early to go to school and then watch Osama bin Laden,lol

    We are thinking about homeschooling... But she is pretty good about getting up as early as 5:30 some days.

    That sushi was actually pretty good, I feel like I'm getting hooked on it now, too. This past Saturday was my second time ever that I decided to try sushi for the second time. Before that, I only tried it once and really disliked it. But the one with the egg in it, was really, really good at Hibachi (or Jumbo in your case, lol)

    Wow, so many comments already, and when was this posted??? :) Anya, you just had to tease us....that sushi looks soooooo good! Yummy!!! I see that this is a very good start to your may everyday :D

    Anka, you were missing out on sushi by not trying it!!! Actually sushi is not great everywhere, you have to try the really good places and then it's the best!!!!!! especially for people who are trying it out for the first time. pregnant??? :D is that what people think when you're talking about your cravings and late night snacks? :) we of course would know that ahead of everyone.... ;)

    U GUYS R hilarious! WHEN DID U ALL HAVE TIME To WRITE THIS... I CANT EVEN LEAVE A COMMENT CUZ IT WILL not MAKE SENCE, BUT JUST WANNA SAY I READ IT ALL... U GUYS R FUNNY... U KNOW THERE R SUCH THINGS A "CHAT" I THINK I WOULD BE EASIER :-) hehe

    Hey guys... just called Anya she said she did not do it! And i could not have done it cuz i never signed in... i didnt know u had to sign in!!! :-( well anyway just tested and u can delete postes... did not know that! The las one was myine, i was testing with Anya on the phone, so really who deleted the last one???
