I just had to do it. Sharing one of my favorite recipes here (since some of the visitors slowly turning scrapbooking blog into a mini food network). Please don't judge the dish by it's ingredients. I know that celery isn't on the list of favorites for many, but you can't really taste it here and Coconut milk is not a dairy milk. The rest is pretty much self explanatory:
Cut your vegetables.
Saute them on a tbsp of oil. Add garlic last (finely chop it first).
Defrost and peel a bag of shrimp.
Add shrimp to your vegetables. Cook for 2 min, add 2-3 tbsp of white wine.
I used this coconut milk (don't get lite - it's too thing).
Pour milk over other ingredients and cook until it starts boiling.
Turn off. Let sit for 5 min for sauce to thicken a little bit.
Serve with your favourite spaghetti or rice. Enjoy. Everyone who tried it at my house - loved it. Oh, don't forget your vegetables, since it's not the lowest calorie dish.
