Vintage Mother's Day cards...

Hi! I'm so happy to be back! I made two more cards for mom. This time I wanted them to have a little vintage feel. Once again, I didn't use "Happy Mother's Day" sentiment, so they can also be used for Mom's birthday if needed.

Here is the first one:

I used both, new and old papers (lady image is from an older DCWV collection).

I wanted these cards to have very feminine feel so I used pearls, roses, rhinestones, polka dots and gold accents - which is one of the hottest trends right now.

Here's a second one:

Same color combination, but with  an addition of a soft pink here...

It was fun to pull some older stuff and use it with more recent supplies! These older supplies felt like new again! I challenge you to pull some of your older stuff and give it a second chance. I love how a piece of paper may totally changes it's character depending on what paper it sits besides with.
