Tuesday thoughts...

Hi! I fell a little behind on Project Life. I used to order pictures every two to three weeks. Last night I was going through seven weeks of photos! A lot. But once again, I felt the beauty of this project and gratitude for what I have.
Love taking photos of these five! They are so fun and so happy when they are together. Praying their paths will always be side by side.
Yesterday, on Pinterest, I came across a link to a blog post about the birth of a little girl Nella. It was such a beautiful and emotional story. Welcoming new baby myself just four months ago, I really felt this story. It made me fall on my knees and pray for my blessings once again! When the blog post has over 3,500 comments - you know it's worth reading. If you have a few minutes go over and read it HERE. But make sure you have a box of tissues by your side. I needed two boxes.

Kinda need to catch up after a busy weekend. I hope to be back very soon though.

Have a great day!

  1. Anya, i read the littly bunny's story. When you read something like this you realize how blessed we are to have healthy, beautiful kids. The story really touched my heart. I can't believe it's been six months already since i gave birth to Slavic. When I think about that moment when I got to hold him for the first time still brings the tears of happiness. It was like yesterday.
And I really like the pictures in her blog. They alone tell the whole story

Well already decided that i will just put all the pictures in order since January and not necessary marking weeks, it will be easier. It's better that nothing, and hopefully next year will keep up as weeks go by.See this year I just got my camera in May so there wasn't as easy. I am doing my best, NOT ENOUGH TIME!

  21. Wow, so many comments!!! Katya, I have to agree, you have to leave more comments, vidish kakoi response :) And to answer you question, it's actually maternity/postpartum and I love working there :)
Anya, the story was so touching!!! And especially since it's so close to what I do as a maternity nurse. It's not often, but we do see loss and the anxiety and heartbreak of a family with a child that has a medical condition, syndrome or disorder. But I feel so privileged that God placed me there, at these times to be with these families, to pray with them and give them hope, and be a support. Now I know why Dimochka had to be in the NICU (although a minimal time and without complications) so that I can be a support and give guidance to others. This story reminds me again of how much more thankful I should be to God for the gift that He has given us, a healthy, beautiful boy! Thanks for that reminder! :)
And also Anya, waiting for that 'hope to be back very soon' ;)

  22. Inna, I used 50 mm 1.4 lens at the wedding. Well not only at the wedding, this is my favorite lens now. I don't even take it off anymore. I love that I can take pictures without using flash. It makes the pictures a lot lighter than kit lens so you don't use the need to use the flash and get more natural looking pictures. I recommend it to everyone. You can come to my house and try it :)
